Over-sized, overweight returns? No problem!
People are buying furniture and large products online, but when things go wrong, they need to return these products to their prospective sellers. Buying a chair from Amazon or a rug from Wayfair can only mean that your return shipment will need bigger packaging and a drop-off location that has ample space to accept it! In the past, we have limited the returns to a maximum of 20Lbs and 20″ and that left our customers with limited choices and more inconvenience!
Due to the increasing demand to accept heavyweight and large return shipments, our company will now accept these return shipments in exchange for a small handling fee. The change is effective July 1st, 2020, and is subject to our company terms of use and storage space. Restrictions apply.

I went to Tewksbury Post Office which could not help with my oversize return but Bob there recommended Neighborhood Parcel and I am glad he did! The staff was friendly, they helped me offload my heavy return, print the label for me, and charged a very minimal fee that was worth every Penney.
