Where Do I Drop-off LL Bean, Amazon, Chegg, and Zappos Returns?

If you live in Andover, Billerica, Chelmsford, Dracut, Lowell, Tewksbury, Wilmington, MA, you can use Neighborhood Parcel Shipping Center at 1215 Main St, Tewksbury MA 01876 to drop off all your pre-paid returns. The self-service is free as far as your shipment is ready and had the FedEx or UPS labels applied correctly. No pre-paid shipping labels? No problem, Neighborhood Parcel staff will help you package and ship your returns via FedEx, UPS, or the Post Office and provide you with tracking numbers for your returns.

No receipts are provided for pre-paid returns without a purchase. Shoes don’t fit, the wrong color dress? Neighborhood Parcel can help you with all your online returns! We can help you package your returns and ship them back to your merchant. Having a UPS pre-paid return label? No problem! Neighborhood Parcel is an Authorized UPS shipping center and we accept #UPS #FedEx Pre-paid returns at no charge

Drop-off Service

  • Drop-off pre-packaged and pre-labeled shipments. FedEx shipping labels are not available in-store, you MUST print your own label, and package your material correctly to be accepted for FedEx Network.
  • Packages over 20 pounds or over 20″ are not allowed to be dropped off or picked up from Neighborhood Parcel of Tewksbury MA.(*)
  • We can not bill 3rd party account numbers. If you have a FedEx account number, you MUST either print your own labels online or go to the nearest FedEx Office location.
  • Shipments that are larger than 20″ and 20Lbs will be assessed a small handling fee.
