About the FedEx Return System

Fedex_return_lableNeighborhood Parcel® has joined force with FedEx to offer automatic merchandise return for Tewksbury and Lowell MA Area Residents.
FedEx Return System makes it easier for customers to make merchandise returns. Customers can simply drop off merchandise at select Neighborhood Parcel locations. All you need is to tender the return shipment is your name. Usually the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form arrived by email, you need to print it and bring it to us; the package must be properly packaged for shipment. We can help you package it for additional cost. We scan the RMA into the FedEx system and create an Airbill with a receipt. The best part, the process is FREE and won’t cost you a dime!

The FedEx Return System enables select merchants to utilize Neighborhood Parcel to create their return labels and process the return for their customers.

Here’s how it works

  • The merchant provides their customer with instructions for returning the item and, possibly, a return materials authorization (RMA) number.
  • The customer will bring their return shipment to Neighborhood Parcel.
  • Customer will initiate a cashless return process using the FedEx Return System.
  • The FedEx Return System will print a shipping label for the return and provide the customer with a receipt.
  • Once the transaction is complete, the return shipments can be added to our location’s outgoing FedEx shipments for the day.

Customer Requirements

  • Customer is responsible for packaging the return.
  • Customer to provide RMA number in either a barcode or series of numbers starting with FX.
  • Package Must be dangerous Goods Free and ready for transportation.
  • Drop Off within Store Hours.
